Hi!

What is the best practice to upgrade server from 5.5.4 to
7.0.8?

Do we need to upgrade 1st to 6.4.9?

Thanks, Gabor

Hello

I upgraded from 5.5 to 6.4.9 to 7.0.8 and it worked well. (Matt suggested to
go to 6.4.9 first.)

Just check what phones the are using so there are no unsupported phones.
