Hi,

I have problem logging to the RFID iAnywhere system. I believe, since I
tried more than 2 times, while entering the password, I got this error.
Kindly provide me the solution.

Error:

Access denied

Thank you,
Haseeb

Hasseb:

Is there an error code listed as well? Can you send a screenshot of the
error message, and also a screenshot of the user's properties from the
Windows User Account screen?

Your best bet is to create a local administrator to get started with RFID
Anywhere, as outlined in the installation instructions of the RFID Anywhere
Getting Started Guide.

Matt.
