Hello,

I have tried to create Symbian package on Pylon server. Then
this package distributed to the mobile phone. It looks that
no default setting is included in the package. I wanted to
have the IP address of the pylon server included in the
package in order to the users can install client seamlessly.

I followed Pylon instruction to create the package. Could
you help me to try out how I can burn the server address
into the package?

Thanks, Gabor

Hi Gabor,

Unfortunately, I don't think its possible to package the Symbian standalone
install with the server's DNS name / IP address. The Palm OS and Windows
packages will contain default settings when being created, byt the Symbian
package does not.

Take care,
