Recently my Lotus Notes user id was changed slightly, due to
a change in organisational structure in my workplace. Ever
since I am unable to synch - active synch tell me "attention
required". I have attempted to reinstall Pylon Conduit and
receive the following mesage:

You have entered an access key that is assigned to another
Lotus Notes user, or is invalid. Please check that your
access key is correct.

I can only assunme that the change to my Notes id makes the
software believe that I am a different person or that I am
trying to install the software for multiple identities, in
fact I simply wish to use the functionality I have paid for
i.e. synchronisation of 1 PDA with 1 PC. I purchased the
software in May of this year and have a valid access key,
however I am now unable to use the software at all. I was
referred to the newsgroup by the product support team.

You need to request that your license be transferred to you new notes ID.

Matthew,

You are correct that the change in notes name has caused an issue, and I
suspect that your Domino domain has changed as part of the change in
organizational structure. To resolve this matter you can fill out the form
on the following web page and request a change in the license.
