Logoff, or actually exit? Either way, you want to add code to the
Idle event of the application. Call the Idle function in the Open
event of the application to determine when the Idle event fires.

If you want to exit, just add a HALT CLOSE to the idle event.

If you want to log them out but leave the application running, just do
a disconnect. In the latter case, you'll want to pop-up a login
response window to force them to reconnect to the database before they
can do anything with the application.

Also, if you take the later approach, any SetTransObject done on the
datawindows on any open windows will no longer be valid. You will
either need to:

a) Close all open sheets when you disconnect them from the database

or

b) Add some routine to your framework that allows you to
automatically reperform the SetTransObject once the user has
reconnected to the database.
