Entries from old clients may exist that trick advantage into thinking more
than one user has the table open. In 8.1 we added functionality to clear
out this information when a table is opened exclusive. Download arc 8.1 (if
you're not already using 8.1) and use it to open the table exclusive with
local server. That should fix it.
