I keep getting the following error:
(SQLE_Authentication_Violation-Sybase error code 13620) when
I try to make any changes (create tables, create users,
etc..) and I am logged in as DBA with sql as the password.

Thanks for any suggestions...

The engine that you are using the OEM edition intended for use with
authenticated OEM applications. If you are an OEM, please read the Read
Me First -- Authenticated Edition on the OEM CD that you received. If
you are not an OEM, you are using an OEM edition of the ASA engine which
allows read-only acccess to the database so you cannot make
modifications that you are trying.
