Is there a newsgroup for scripting help? i.e. looking to add some error
handling to a vbscript, but I am very new to vbscripting. Looking to catch
the error codes from dbbackup and dbvalid and email anything other than a 0
Success to email recipients.
I apologize if I am not in the right news group, this one looked like a good
place to start.

Hi Chris,
You may have better luck with this question in the
sybase.public.sqlanywhere.general newsgroup.

It is always good to include the version of SQL Anywhere/Adaptive Server
Anywhere that you are working.
Is there a particular reason why you are trying to trap return codes through
VBScript instead of calling the BACKUP DATABASE or VALIDATE statements from
within the database?
