We've had some difficulty using the JDBC driver downloaded
from the Microsoft website running Appeon 5.0 and SQL Server
2005. Is there a specific version of the driver that we
should use, one that's been certified.

Whenever we tried to configure the driver we actually have
we could not connect using Port 1433 (the default for SQL
Server). So we ended up using a ODBC-JDBC bridge which
connects but we suspect is the cause of several SQL errors
that occur while running the application....

We suggest you use JTDS driver and refer to the Appeon for
PowerBuilder Help, the Section of Appeon Server
Configuration Guide, Topic Server Configuration Tasks, and
Topic Database Connection Setup for relevant inforamtion.

Where can we find the JTDS Driver. Are there known issues
using the JDBC driver that we should be aware of?
