Hi!

We have 3 HP iPAQ hx 2940b.
One with ROM version 1.0.00.H and the other two with ROM version 1.02.00.H.

The one with ROM version 1.00.00H works perfect without any problems.

On the other two, after we installed the same OneBridge client
(5.0.2006.0908) with the same setuppackage, they can´t make an initial sync.

They stops after a few seconds with the message Could Not Contact Desktop
Connector, Profile: Default, Connection Type: USB Link.

I couldn´t find any information from HP that indicates that they have done
any communication changes between those two ROM version. Are there someone
who has a clue to what could be the problem?

Kind regards

Anders Svensson

Under activesync can you change the USB port setting from the old USB to the
new RNDIS an back?

HP keeps both connections available.
