This, I think is due to the Unicode Support introduced in
PB.
I also had the same problem. I could not locate this file
any
where on Sybase folders. I have PB Versions 8 to 10.5 on my
machine. I could solve this problem by creating a copy of
the
pbvm90.dll and renaming the copy as pbvm90u.dll. For the
sake
of good order, I copied both pbvm90.dll and pbvm90u.dll in
the
application folder. Things are working normal.
