Hi David,

something is strange here.
A year ago I could contact Sybase directly, now I have to go through the
country affiliate.
Ok.

First, I posted to the news group, no solution.
So I contacted the local affiliate - monday - still waiting for an answer,
not a solution, just an answer to the sorting ticket problem.

I decided to post to your online CaseExpress / it is available on the public
net, not on your intranet.

It asks me for a technical contact id or for a customer id.
I have none (even though i paid thousands of euros just for an annual
maintnance agreement).
I ask the local affiliate for a CustomerID, I am told that CaseExpress can
only be used by Sybase so I will not have a customerid.
Am I not a customer?

So I ask - how can I log tickets with sybase regading MBusiness Server?
I think that we both agree, that this is not really worth the thousands of
euros, right?
I do apoligize for my tone of voice (text), but I really need to ask
technical questions, I have many users on our SFA solution that need our
help, and they are just waiting.

thanks,
Marcin

I contacted Sybase Poland, last week sometime,

Hi Marcin,
Who did you speak with in Sybase Customer Service? Do you know who your
Sales Rep is? If you can e-mail me this information along with the full
company name & address, then I should be able to have the proper Sales
contact follow up with you to get you your Customer ID for opening support
cases.
