Hi

Calender entries one hour wrong

The user changed the timezone in his phone, and then his assistent added a
meeting, like if the phone has london time

(one hour before swedish time) and his assistent adds a meeting at wednsday
11:00 am in his notes calender, then

the user syncs. The meeting is then added 10 am in the phone. When the user
then is back in

swe and change the timezone back to swe, then

the meeting is still at 10 am but in notes its 11 am and does not change
back.

How about that? I suppose this is correct, but is there a way to fix this or
do it another way?

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

a quick fix should be to using the option "Overwrite with server data"
for the calendar in the dialog "What to Sync".

Kind regards,

Dietrich

Hi D

Is my conclusion correct?

Is there anything we can do about it? expect for refresh the calender every
time a user comes back...

When the user edited the meeting to correct it, all his calender entries got
duplicated....

Thanks for your help Dietrich

Hi B

are you running version 7.0.16? If so go and upgrade to 7.0.24.

When you are already on 7.0.24, please log a new support case for this
issue. We would need to have the log files and if possible a
step-by-step scenarion that would allow us to repro the issue.

kind regards,

dietrich
