When closing a "child" window in Appeon I receive an error that crashes my
app. It only happens under certain circumstances. The window has an OCX
control, and if you click a certain part of the OCX then you can close the
window without error, but if you never click the OCX control you will
receive the error.

I have checked all events for the OCX control, there is no code in any of
them, and I can't find anything that is altered by the OCX control when it
is clicked.

I have lost ideas of where to look to fix the problem, any help is
appreciated. I'm running Appeon 5.0 on PB 10.5.

Could you provide the following, so that we can detect the
problem?
1) Developer5.0\AXProject\Your_Application\debug\UFA_Report
2) Developer5.0\AXProject\Your_Application\debug\LOG.
To record detailed information, set Appeon Developer Logs to
Debug mode in Application profile configuration of Appeon
Developer toolbar.
3) The related windows SRD files.
4) The error screenshot.
5) Your Appeon 5.0 for PowerBuilder version. Is it 5.0.0092?
What’s your OS? Did you install VSStudio or VS.NET?

Best Regards,
Yang yongqing

I think its a bug. I had a similar window that did work, so I saved the
working window over the error prone window. So now there was no error, I
just had to change a few things to get it back to where I wanted it.

Replacing one piece at a time, I found out that if I removed one button the
error would come back. The button was blank and had no script, but if I
removed it the error would occur. If I left the blank button there, no
error.
