How to get DWObject from Column name (String) ?

In PB help is this example:

DWObject dwo_empsalary
dwo_empsalary = dw_1.Object.emp_salary

But I need this:

DWObject dwo_empsalary
String ls_column
ls_column = 'emp_salary'
dwo_empsalary = .... // ??? with ls_column

pls try this in Clicked event of datawindow
there is a dwo arguments in the event
so you can do it as:


String ls_column
ls_column = 'emp_salary'
if dwo.name= ls_column ....
