After installing OB on the treo700p, was wondering if the live-connect is
reponsible for synching the PIM data what will happen if the user taps on
Get&Send that appears in the Email utility (versamail I believe)

Is this a bad thing, they will just get an error saying XYZ did not work or
something more meaningful saying it will go when onebridge connects.

On similar lines how frequently will the emails replied to in the Outbox be
sent over the network ?? In today's communication stream ppl sometimes tend
to use emails as SMSes ... so wondering what is the time lag between the
user composes the messages hits Send... and its actually been sent from the
phone.

Thanks

OneBridge uses the mailplus appliction, it will not use VersaMail. If a
user tries to send an e-mail using VersaMail they will get an error
unless they have set up a different account such as a POP e-mail account
to send e-mail, but OneBridge will not be used. If you are referring to
the send receive button that is in the MailPlus application, if the user
composes an e-mail and then presses this button it will synchronize the
e-mail.

If they do not use the send/receive button then Live Connect will detect
that a new e-mail is ready to be sent and will send the e-mail
automatically. This will be done within a minute if sending from the
device, it depends on where in the cycle the device listener is at in
order to detect changes on the device.

Thanks
