We cannot access our database server. The error is Invalid userid and
password.

Have checked the ODBC setting and made sure everything ok but Testing
Connection failed with the same message.

How to recover the database?

The only way that you can get this error is if the user id and password
are in fact not valid. Are you sure that you are
1) providing the correct userid and password?
2) connecting the the database that you expect (i.e., you are using
'eng' connection parameter).

If you have in fact forgotten your uid/pwd, technical support may be
able to help salvage the data from the database. Contact your local
support center to discuss.
