The function CopyRTF() for RichTextEdit control returns the
selected text as a string. The problem I'm having is that
the selected text is being truncated.
li_textLength = rte_name.SelectTextAll()
My investigations have shown that the maximum text length
allowed for the string is around 13715 characters.
What can I do to avoid the truncation of the text?
I use Powerbuilder 6.5 on a Sybase 12.5 database.

Have you tried a later version of PB? What OS are you using?

We have PB 6.5 on a Window XP OS. There is no sign that they
want to upgrade(which is sad) and so we are stuck with what
we have.
