This may be a Windows problem really. I have seen this with other
applications as well.

Sorry, but you would have to drag the dialog to the extension monitor or use
your primary monitor for WorkSpace.

That is a problem with the dialog box creation code. The dialog box
system wants to "center" the box on your current monitor.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a "memory" of the last position of the
box. So it always resets to the first monitor, center position.

I think that's a problem in the Eclipse baseline code. I'll ask someone
to look to see if there is a way to enable "memory" for the box to keep
it's last position.
