Hi all,
how can i get ASA 9 to install on a windows 2003 R3 SP2 box? i have a
brand new installation of windows 2003 server R2 Standard Edition SP2,
and so far the ASA 9 installation is driving me nuts.

no matter what i do to the installation it never seems to install
anything todo with the AS, not the Network Engine, not the Personal
Engine etc, etc.

the PC is logged in as the Administrator with full rights on the PC, its
part of a Workgroup and not a Domain, the installation media was
downloaded from Sybase, so i am unsure if this version works on 32Bit
and 64Bit PC systems.

the PC is a Dual Processor (thats physical processors not the dual core
type) P4 1Ghz, with 512Mb Ram.

Please Help as its going to be the reason i have a breakdown... :)

Kristiaan,

Did you get an error message during the install? If you downloaded the media
from the Sybase Product Download Center, can you provide all the information
as to where and what file you downloaded, including the full name?
