Hi, from user log i see : " Bytes in/out 1040/1063 (*actual
over the air count may be higher )". But in the user pocket
pc don't recived mail in inbox , someone know why ?

Steve,

This just indicates that packet overhead (i.e. network overhead for wireless
packets) my increase the actual byte count for the transfer to the client.
This is the not the cause of the email not getting to the device. Are there
any errors in the User PIM log?

1) What version of Pylon Anywhere are you running?
2) What mail server do you run?
3) What device? Include manufacturer and AKU patch if Windows Mobile 5.

It is recommended you open a support case for this synchronization issue.
