In addition to the steps listed in previous threads, we also saw the Core
errors on a machine where the user had double-clicked the .msi package in
the CorePackage folder before running the main RFID Anywhere installer.
This installed the RFID Anywhere core components to the C: drive, but since
the main RFID Anywhere installer was looking for it in the location
specified during install (C:\Program Files\Sybase\RFID Anywhere by default),
the packages from the Packages folder couldn't find the core components,
which resulted in the Minimum Version of Core not detected errors.
Uninstalling "RFID Anywhere Core" from Add/Remove Programs, then relaunching
the main RFID Anywhere installer resolved the issue.
