Hi,

I hit this user32.dll error as per attachment file when I click on any of
the APPEON for Powerbuilder.

This error happen after I patch the Microsoft Windows XP SP2 with a KBxxxxxx
release. Anybody know which Microsoft Patch release that trigger this
problem?

How to resolve this?

Hi Herman,
This is caused by a Microsoft bug with Windows XP.
Microsoft has a patch to resolve it. You can read more
about the issue and download the patch from the Microsoft
Website: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448
