Hi Sally,

Thx for reply.
Actually I did the test for both client and web version in the same machine.
The client version is good while the web version gave me voice only with
blank screen.

I've tried to copy the video into c: drive and play it. The result is the
same.

Could you pls show me how you play wmv file? Through OLE control 'Window
media player' which is as same as mine?

Hi Steve,

Did you try playing the video on the Appeon server? I'm just starting
with this but maybe it needs the video codec on the app server, not just
the client.
