Hi,

I'm using SA10 build 3488 on windows and I'm using the dbunload utility to
defrag a database. The database has a remote server that uses a DSN-LESS
connection to another database and encrypted connection, the syntax to
create the server is the following:

CREATE SERVER "local_DB" CLASS 'saodbc' USING 'Driver={SQL Anywhere
10};Eng=DB_xxxxxx;Dbn=DB_01;LINKS=tcpip{host=xxxxxx};ENC=tls(tls_type=rsa;tr
usted_certificates="C:\certificate\client.crt";fips=0)'
go

However, when dbunload creates the .sql output file it generates the
following statement:

CREATE SERVER "local_DB" CLASS 'saodbc' USING 'Driver={SQL Anywhere
10};Eng=DB_xxxxxx;Dbn=DB_01;LINKS=tcpip{host=};ENC=tls(tls_type=rsa;trusted_
certificates='C:\certificate\client.crt';fips=0)'
go

Almost the same... but it doesn't work. The differences:

LINKS=tcpip{host=}; -- The host is blank but it looks that this doesn't
affect so far

This one makes the statement to fail:

ENC=tls(tls_type=rsa;trusted_certificates='C:\certificate\client.crt';fips=0
)'

Replaces the double-quoted path with simple-quoted path... and it fails
because the whole DRIVER statement is between simple quotes also... So,
simple quotes between simple quotes = FAIL.

Any idea??

Thanks!

~Luis
