Hi,
I am used to get this error message. Most of the time, it means the Proxy
cannot contact the Server.
First compare your Company ID (mobile device and server) and your Token ID
(Proxy and Server).
Then if there is no problem with them, you should look at the Log Viewer
especially the Proxy folder.
Sometimes, it is due to a misconfiguration of the couple Proxy and Server:
Check the ports used.
If you can send the ports you use in your config for the both side (Server
and Proxy), we can confirm it or not.

And a classic one: you should check your inner firewall.

I am used to check with my PPC step by step: First from the LAN, directly on
the server, then in the DMZ through the Proxy and finally from outside
through the IP public.

Good luck,

Razan
