I just got Motorola Q and I am trying to sync it up with my
Lotus Notes using Pylon. The installation went fine, the
phone connects using ActiveSync, says looking for changes
and never gets out of that mode (or if it does, says sync
problem).
I have Check Point Integrity Flex and I tried to give access
to all the ActiveSync programs, but still no luck. Tried to
add the IP address in the firewall but that didn't help
either.

Any help would be appreciated.

The latest version of Pylon Desktop does not synchronize automatically
with ActiveSync. There is an application called PylonSync that you
should see in your system tray. Right-click on that and choose
ActiveSync. If the icon is not in your system tray, it should be in your
Start menu under Pylon Desktop.

If Pylon is preventing ActiveSync from completing, go to Tools | Options
and uncheck it.

Finally, make sure that the user name specified in your Pylon
Configuration database matches the partnership displayed by ActiveSync.
