Hello, I am using MC70s from symbol running windows mobile
5. I have an issue where the IMEI and SIM number do not show
up in Afaria when the sycnronization is occuring.

Is there a way to get Afaria to capture the information if
the radio controller is off?

Thanks

Sorry for the delay but we've been doing some research on your question.
We do successfully query this information from the device. It appears
that if the radio is turned off then the OS does not maintain this
information so it is not available for our inventory scan.
