New device ATT 8525(HTC) is unable to connect to Notes and
sync. An old device that did sync previously is having same
error. Suspect some security setting in Lotus Notes changed
or corrupted recently while trying to share database with
another Notes user. Any suggestions ?

Arians,

What error are you seeing? Your screenshots don't seem to have arrived.
Is Pylon Desktop the product you are trying to run? If so, does your
desktop run Windows XP or Vista? Have you recently installed Office
2007? I have heard reports that Office 2007 makes changes to the Windows
firewall and/or ActiveSync that causes the firewall to block
synchronization. The suggested solution has been to add the new IP
address of the WM5 device to your Trusted Zone.

If this doesn't help, I would uninstall Pylon and verify that other
applications can sync. If not, you need to get ActiveSync working first.

Regards,
