Hey guys,

I'd like to know what happens when there is an agent not
registered in the MA databases but trying to connect to the
MA server anyway.

Does the agent get connected anyway despite the MA server
not having any details of the agent? Or is the agent's
connection request refused?

Also, is it possible for us to customize what happens in
such a scenario? If it is, I'd like to know if there are any
guides as to what are the possible customizations, etc.

Thanks!

Sean

Can someone please help. It's quite annoying that I've
searched online for so long for all my efforts to come to
naught. It's also quite annoying that I email Sybase and
they tell me "the best place to ask this would be on our
newsgroups..." and yet after 3 days, I haven't got a single
reply.

Best place? Maybe not.

If you are looking for technical support for this product, please see
http://www.sybase.com/contactus/support. This newsgroup is a good 'free'
resource. Contributors to this newsgroup are members of the user
community who do so on a volunteer basis. As a result, there is no
commitment to turnaround time but we do try to ensure questions are
answered in a timely fashion. If this matter is urgent or if you do not
get an answer in this forum, I would open a support case.
