Hello all!

I'm making an application for a fingerprint reader and this app uses an
activex control of the manufacturer. Now, this control returns a blob value
and, running under powerbuilder works just fine. The problem is that, when
it runs under appeon the control gets me a 0. What I am doig wrong?
the code is:

Integer ret

ret = w_reading.GrFingerXCtrl1.Object.Extract( REF raw.img, raw.width,
raw.height, raw.res, REF template.tpt, REF template.Size,

template is a structure, tpt is a blob and size is long. The control handle
the structure and assings a value to the blob var and to the long var,

We did some simple tests according to the code you provided.
In fact no error occurred during the tests. Our tests were
basing on Appeon 5.1 which is the latest Appeon product.

I suggest you making up a test case to reproduce the problem
and send it together with the relevant OCX to Sybase TS so
that your case will be handled properly.
