I have a consolidated database. I have read the
documentation on upgrading from ASA 9 to ASA 10. I have
DbRemote and Mobilink clients with version 9 that will
eventually need conversion to v10. Other than upgrading the
consolidated db, mobilink server, dbremote server to version
10, are they any gottchas I need to look for when support
both version 9 and 10 clients to a version 10 db?

ML would need to be started on 2 different ports using the -xo and -x
switches. The ML10 server will support both 9 and 10 clients, but since
their protocols are different, they have to be listening on different
ports.
mlsrv10 -x tcpip(port=2440) -xo tcpip(port=2439) ...

Does anything need to be modified with DbRemote and does
anything need to changed at the client end? With the server
started on 2 different ports does this change anything with
the operation of the consolidated database?

No, dbremote remains unchanged.

For dbmlsync, on the client side you must specify which port the ML
server is listening on. This can either be changed inside the database
using the ALTER SYNCHRONIZATION SUBSCRIPTION statement or overrided on
the command line using the -e (extended option) statement.
