I am unable to execute xp_cmdshell in Sybase SQL Anywhere DB
Edition 10.0.0.2465. This is what I did:

1. Open Sybase Central
2. Connect to a remote SQL Anywhere 10 server using id DBA
3. exec xp_cmdshell 'date'
4. this opens Command Prompt window on the remote machine
5. exec xp_cmdshell 'date', no_output
6. NOTHING HAPPENS

Please help.
