Hi all,

Does M-Biz Server fail over? I wish to setup an M-Biz Server in our primary
site and an M-Biz server in our Disaster Recover (DR) site. If the primary
site goes down, I want the data to go to the backup site.

Can I upgrade the M-Biz server to version 10 and use an arbiter to keep the
servers in sync?

Why is M-Biz Server on v8?

Cheers,

Shao

Hi Shao,

MBusiness Anywhere Server v6.0 / 6.2 and 6.5 were certified to use a
built in version of v8 of Adaptive Server Anywhere.

I believe that MBusiness Anywhere Server v7.0 will be certified to use
Sql Anywhere v10.

thanks

tony pigram

Hi Tony,

Thanks for that. What's 6.7 going to be using?

Also, when will 7.0 come out? 6.7 is coming out in December/January right?

Cheers,

Shao

There are currently no plans to change the major version of ASA in
M-Business 6.7.

right?

This point is best addressed by product management. Q2 2008 is a
possibility at this point.
