Password Problem

I am trying to connect using the demo version. I am able to
connect to the server, but keep getting an error that the
user name or password is invalid. I have tried entering the
domain name in front of it, and have entered about every
possible user name I can think of for Lotus Notes. In the
OneBridge Log Viewer on the local computer it shows the
failed login attempts and the user names that were
attempted, so I know I am getting close. Any ideas on how
to verify the user name that I should be entering?

Hello, I would double check that you are entering your Lotus
Domino 'Internet' password (same as you would use for iNotes
Web mail access). If you are still having problems, there
is a Lotus Notes Adapter Test in the OneBridge Administrator
Console (left hand side towards the bottom under Adapters >
Lotus Notes > Lotus Notes Adapter. Run the test here and
compare the password 'hash' to the Internet password hash in
your Internet password hash in your Person record within the
Domino Administrator. It they match, then the problem could
be that the More Secure flag was not set when your Internet
password was upgraded in the past. If the password hash
from your test result matches the password from the Person
Record - Internet Password, your Domino Administrator can
fix this quite easily. They will need to highlight your
person record in the Domino Administator and then select
ACTION >Upgrade to More Secure Internet Password from the
file menu. Let us know if you continue to have problems.

I have also attempted to use the Admin program. I am
confused as to how to add the user to the authentication
area there.
