Hi there,

when I connect to the CorpDir I get the following message:

"Internal Corporate Directory Error"

It´s our own dmz-proxy with IIS runing on it.

Where might be the problem??

bye Chris

Hello Christian,

to share our findings with other participants,

- the corporate directory application needs to have certain
permissions set on file systems level (NTFS permissions)

1) The beta version released has a bug that results in write
permissions to the %SYSTEM32%\intesrv\data directory for the
IDENTITY the ASP.NET application is running with (default:
NETWORK SERVICE). The 'data' folder has to be created
manually and write/read/modify permissions for NETWORK
SERVICE has to be granted. This is a BUG and will be fixed
with the final release.

2) In general the Corporate Directory Application needs to
have write permissions to a directory called data within its
own 'bin' subfolder. By default the absolute path is
c:\Program Files\Extended Systems\OneBridge Sync
Server\OneBridge Corporate Directory\iPhoneCorpDir\bin. One
has to create a folder called data and needs to grant write
permissions the the NETWORK SERVICE identity of the local
computer to this folder. This requirement is expected and
will be still required within the final release.

Thanks for participating,
regards

Johannes
