Hi,

we're trying to active client for the first time, but there
is an error message:
message sent 142 bytes
message received 0 bytes

My questions: how to check if our internal server is
successufully connected to the OneBridge server (we're using
trial version)?

How to start with troubleshooting because we don't know
where the problem appears: on device or server side...

Thnx!

Does this happen with multiple devices?
Are you connecting through our corporate DMZ Proxy to your
OneBridge Sync Server?

Have you been prompted on the device for your username and
password?

Because you are seeing data in, it appears that it is
connecting correctly. Please check your OneBridge logs in
the Log Viewer and also check your Event Viewer Application
Logs to make sure there is no problems with the server.

Thanks

Mark
