Is the Pylon Anywhere client for the IPhone being developed?
If so, how long before a possible beta?

Danny,

Pylon engineering is working directly with Apple and just received the
iPhone SDK when it was released to first developers. After they study
it, they will scope the technical requirements for a sync client, and
we'll judge the requirements, business case and demand. So, although we
can't officially confirm it on the roadmap with an expected delivery
date at this point, there is activity going on to get there.

As part of the business case piece, we are currently gathering info from
our customers as to the number of devices they realistically expect to
purchase, timelines for purchase, expected carriers to use, localization
requirements, etc. If you can share some of those details of your
iPhone plans, that would be great.

Note that our Information Anywhere Suite, which includes OneBridge,
Afaria and instant messaging, is already committed to iPhone support.
See http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1054422 .

Regards,

Mike Loop

We only have 6 of our employees using iphones currently but
that is without the calendar address book synchronisation.
I will continue to use windows mobile until a client is
available. I would be interested in a beta if it becomes
available.
Thanks
