Hello,
when I tried to initialize first device I got an error message on the
device:

Index Corruption
An internal error has corrupted the database. Please perform an initial
sync to repair. The application will exit.

How can I perform initial sync, pls? I tried "Refresh All Data" and also
"Refresh All Data"&"Restart Client" but I got the same result.

When I hard-reset the device and register it again it started to work
properly

thanks, Pavel

Sorry, refresh all data will work in the future to fix this
but for the version you have you will have to do the
following.

From the users device:
1. Go to File Explorer and browse to the \Program
Files\OneBridge directory: rename OBEngine by adding a
couple of characters to the end of the file name.
2. Go to IAW Office Settings --> Advanced and Restart
Client
3. Go to File Explorer and browse to the \Program
Files\OneBridge directory: delete the OBData directory.
4. Go to File Explorer and browse to the \Program
Files\OneBridge directory: restore OBEngine file name to
it's original name.
5. Go to IAW Office Settings --> Advanced and Restart
Client
