I am developing an application for a mobil equipment smartphone htc
excalibur S621 with windows mobile 5.0

I am using PocketBuilder Version 2.5.0 Build 1135 and ASA DataBase
10.0.1.3649

Im using the next dsn file in the mobil equip:

[ODBC]
DRIVER=\windows\dbodbc10.dll
uid=dba
pwd=ROUTE
AutoStop=NO
enginename=SalesTrack
databasename=SalesTrack
databasefile=\Program Files\Sales Track\SalesTrack.db
start=\Program Files\SQLAny10\dbsrv10.exe -c 5M

Im using the next library file in the mobil equip: PKODB25.DLL

The parameters of mobillink in the pc are this:

-c "DSN=routetrack10;UID=dba;PWD=ROUTE" -x tcpip -r 20 -cn
16 -bn 12m -w5 -zu+ -b -fr -zp -q -v+ -ot c:\Log.txt -os 30M

I enter to the application normally and i make transactions, consultations
etc..
but when I leave the aplicaión open and I do not use it during certain
time and I want to continue using the application loses the connection
to me with the data base but the data base continued raised.

the message is the following:

Select error: SQLSTATE = S1000
[Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]
Connection was terminated

that I can do?

that I can do so that does not happen this and that remain
always the connection with the data base activates?

since I can make to return to restore the connection but
with no need to lower and to return to raise the base since the data base is
raised?

thanks

There is a client connection timeout you can adjust. It is designed to
disconnect inactive database connections after a specified period (4 hours
by default). It can be adjusted at the server level using the -ti switch,
or on a per connection basis using the "IDLE" parameter in your connection
string.
