I'm running PB9 datawindow which has a stored procedure
(Microsoft SQL Server 2000) as the datasource. The proc has
two OUTPUT variables defined.
The proc runs fine and returns a result set to the
datawindow but I would like to be able to access the new
values of the variables after the proc has executed ( via
the normal datawindow retrieve() statement)
I'm able to get the values of the variables in the
datawindow but they only have the initial values that were
passed at retrieval. How can I access the value of the
variables after the retrieve (which were changed within the
proc)?

Try adding the two variables to the returned select statement. Just
don't show them on the datawindow.

SELECT
col1,
col2,
...,
@parm1, <--
@parm2 <--
FROM
table_name
