Hi all,

a customer here in spain has just migrate from ASA7 to ASA9 and
backup.exec utility is not starting anymore.

Does anyone knows if ASA9 is compatible with backup.exec from Symatec??

Thanks a lot in advance

Cristina

That is a question the Symantec customer should be asking Symantec.

Besides that, there should be an error somewhere.
"Not starting" doesn't give anyone much to go on.
