Follow instruction on web of changing channel to \PPC\Remove

Got ‘The Server you called does not recognize the
requested Channel.’

Is there another way I can uninstall Afaria locally?

Please advise.

Aaron,
The only way to uninstall locally from a device is to perform a hard
reset. If \PPC\Remove is a Channel on your system, make sure first that it
does exist and that it is published. If it does not exist you can create a
new Security Manager Channel for handhelds that is of the Uninstall type,
publish and then either add it to the Channel Set that you have your Client
connecting to or reconfigure the Client to connect to your new Channel. If
you only want the Channel to run against specific Client(s), you will need
to use Channel Assignments.

Thanks
Chris
