An weird issue appeared when I did POC of Onebridge 5.6 on a customer side:

When the OB Client and the Sync Server both used internal IP, all
actions are OK.
When the OB Client used internal IP, and the Sync Serer used Internet
IP, Every first time (after reset everything on the client device)
connection was OK, But all following connections were pending.
The same problem existed when using GPRS/EDGE device client.

I captured the packets at client side (Windows mobile simulator was used )
as the following:
the client sent "POST /tm?cid=0&version=5.6.2008.419 HTTP/1.1",
it can recieve the right corresponding response " HTTP/1.1 200 Success" only
on the every first time.
But the client received an error package "HTTP/1.1 500 (The specified
network name is no longer available)" from the Sync server since every
second time connection.

I also captured the packets at server side, No "HTTP/1.1 200 Success" packet
was sent when using Internet IP after the every first time connection.

I am just wondering if it is a bug or not setting related issue.

Can anybody give me a hand for help?

Additional info:

Server with Onebridge is in the interanet. And the IP mapping is done at the
Gateway to allow the use outside interanet use the Onebridge service.

Onebridge version: 5.6.2008.419

Thanks in advance.

I'm suspecting some part of the firewall is rejecting our traffic, or the
carrier may have some filtering rules in place which may reject some of our
traffic.

It could also be because you have certain rules on certain ports.

If configured to listen on port 80, try 5001. Often carriers and
organizations apply filter rules to port 80 but not other ports. In your
case, because internal connections work but the external ones don't,

I think a carrier or a firewall rule is dropping our packets.
