Hi Vickie,

Proceed with the following steps one by one until the issue is resolved. It
may not be necessary to try all of these troubleshooting steps to eliminate
the problem.
1. Reinstall the Afaria Administrator.
2. Reinstall .NET 1.0 w/ SP2, Crystal Reports Runtime, and Afaria
Administrator in that order.
3. Reinstall Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
4. Rename the current virtual directory and reinstall the Afaria
Administrator creating a new virtual directory during the install.

regards,
Aziz

Aziz:

Thanks so much for your response. I try all your requests
and was able to get to the administrator pages, however, my
channels listings are missings. Is there a way I can get
them back or how would I recreate them. When I get to the
channel page every thing is grayed out.

Again, thanks for your help.

It sounds like the server is acting as Slave server. You may need to delete
any records from A_Server table in Afaria DB and reinstall the server on top
of itself. You should get your channels back.

It appears you may have database issues. Since you don't have support any
more you may consider engaging our consulting services. If you are
interested I can have a manager call you back if you provide your contact
information.
