Hi,
We are using PB11.0, PFC and Oracle 10g. We have a program
to print Several Datawindows. Its working with a single
button. On click it will print, each data window one by one.
There is a message box in between each print.
Code is
1) li_print_return = dw_report.TriggerEvent("pfc_print")
then
2) Messagebox
3) li_print_return =
dw_report_adjust.TriggerEvent("pfc_print")
4) Messagebox
.
.
.

Its working fine in Windows, but when deployed in Citrix,
only printing the first datawindow. Then showing the
messages in between, but there is no prints.
In other program, if we print the datawindows as job like,
li_print_return = PrintDataWindow(il_print_job, dw_report)
Then it will print all datawindows. Let me now why it is
please?

Thank you in Advance,
Jemson Kuriakose.

The script processing, order of events, etc should be the same via Citrix,
but remote printing is dependent on Citrix being configured properly and
using printer drivers that work with Citrix. Can you print anything from
your PB program via Citrix? If not, you'll have to fix the Citrix
administration for your PB app, maybe trying different drivers.

Regards,
John
