Hi, we have previously started out with Pylon 6. Recently I
upgraded to Pylon 9, I was informed "License Key invalid".

What is the licensing term? Do I no entitle to the version
upgrade?

Do I need to purchase new license for every major upgrade?

Do you have separate upgrade licensing plan?

Can you issue me a temporary license so our operation is not
interrupted while I plan for upgrade?

Please mail to me at get17c4lyz5sqrw@jetable.org

Alan,

To my knowledge, a v6 license should still be valid for v9. Let me look
into this.
