Hi, I am using PB 11.2 running on XP, I am trying to do SAVEAS PDF and it
fails.

I have installed GhostScript 8.62 and tried with earlier versions as well
with NO LUCK. It works only when I create the FILE printer as "Sybase
Datawindow PS", but it automatically installs this printer driver in one of
our machine, we thought it should be related to Admin previleges but we all
do have Admin previleges on our all machine, but just that one machine
installs it if its not there and thats what exactly we want to happen in our
customer box as well. We don't want to tell our customers to install this
manually.

Is there is anything else we can do to resolve this to be installed
automatically?

Thanks
Ganesh

Thanks for your reply, I tried PB110.exe as 'Run as Administrator' and it
didn't help to resolve this issue. Any other clues?
