I was reading the OneBridge Admin guide and in there it
says: "Once your OnBridge server connects to our DMZ Proxy
for the first time, the token is consumed and cannot be used
by another installation, If you want to reinstall the
software, you will need to contact your local sales
representative and request a new token."
I'm wondering if when I installed Mobile Office it
used/consumed the token and then when I installed OneBridge
on a different system (because it needs the Lotus Notes
client installed not Domino) and it started giving me these
errors its because of that.??

I had first installed MobileOffice on a server with Domino
then after doing so realized that I should have installed
OneBridge (we're testing Lotus Notes email capability on the
iPhone)so I installed OneBridge on a system with the Notes
client and this is the problem I've run into:

In the OneBridge Sync Server
Log Viewer there are several errors stating:

Proxy 'https://xxxxx.xxproxy.com:443' rejected request due
to token validation failure.

and the last log entry states:

Server has exceeded limit for token rejections for proxy
'https://xxxxx.xxproxy.com:443'

So it appears it has something to do with our token. I
don't know if it means I need a new token or the one I have
needs to be reset.?? I'm assuming the token was consumed
when I first installed MobileOffice, but we all know what
happens when you assume. ;)
Any help would be appreciated.

Mike,

You are correct in assuming that the problem is due to your token, once the
token has been used/registered on our DMZ proxy it can not be used again for
a different install, since the token has already been registered for the
previous install/server it will not allow you to register it again with a
different install. You will need to go online to our website and request a
new trial license which will give you a new token.

Thanks Mike. I did as you suggested and now I'm up and
running.
