Hi, all
A few days ago, our customers replaced many PDA and they
could not access Onebridge Server because total license
count is excessed.

We will do not use previous old PDAs any more, But,
Onebrdige Server still has their device information.

Refer to the manual, after 14 days, the device information
is expired. But, I want to adapat just right now.

Let me know whicth folder or file do I have to delete or
modify for solving the situlation?

Is there any other way to reset device information?

After a license has not been consumed for 14 days, it will free up for other
users. The administrator does not have the option with OneBridge to remove
a user and free up a license.
